چکیده
Salvia hispanica L. is an alternative crop cultivated by farmers who want to diversify their production. However, this species sensitive salinity, which affects its germination negatively. Seed priming with different attenuators a technique potential mitigate the effects of salt stress. Thus, objective study was evaluate effect seed use on germination, growth, and organic solute accumulation S. seedlings under The experimental design completely randomized, treatments distributed in 4 × 5 factorial scheme, corresponding four five osmotic potentials, replicates 50 seeds each treatment. consisted presoaking for 4h salicylic acid, gibberellic distilled water control treatment, did not involve soaking. These were germinated at potentials 0.0, -0.1, -0.2, -0.3, -0.4 MPa, using NaCl as agent simulate salinity levels. Among all implemented, acid most efficient mitigating stress effects.
